Course DescriptionsDemonstrating Core Issue Transformation, the most direct way to address our deepest issues and change the way we way we feel, the way we are aware and the way we inhabit our body. For experienced therapists only. Prerequisite: Participants must have 3 years experience as a hypnotherapist to take this class
Most people live their lives out of balance - either too much in the Inner World of creativity or spirituality struggling with material success and making a living, or too much in the Outer World of business, career and family, lacking creativity and communication with spirit and inner truths. The 15th Step process is a simple daily answer to balancing your life, physically, materially and spiritually to come into harmony, to live your life with ease. This process takes your physical body to the proper vibration in which the cells of the body are balanced, where you receive physical healing and begin communication with your Guides and Master Teachers about how to improve your life. This process is different from any other process that uses altered states to reach the unconscious or Higher Self, because it involves the physical body. It is simple and repeatable and once learned, can be done alone. Learning Goals:
By the end of the Institute, you will have a broader understanding of yourself and will begin to expand your understanding of energies and human and spiritual truths. Each person will have the opportunity to work on personal questions during their guided visit to the 15th Step.
This three-day workshop will be both didactic and experiential. There will be demonstrations to illustrate the presence of both negative and positive survival patterns existing within the birthing experience. The unresolved issues from past lives and deaths will be revealed during sessions and the connections to current life experiences will be shown to form these patterns that control our thinking and behavior until steps are taken to change them. It is the presence of death and re-birth in our lives now.
This workshop introduces therapists to the principles and methods used in designing group Imaginal Journeys. The workshop combines experiential and methodological approaches developed and used over the last seven years in journeywork classes at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA and other milieus. All journeys are designed to accomplish specific goals that cover a wide spectrum from spiritual growth to information gathering. Therapists, as journey guides, will be able to introduce participants to the exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness and energy states where thoughts are things and where we create the inner reality that becomes expressed as our outer life. Imaginal Journeying expands the consciousness awareness of all participants (including the journey guide) and familiarizes them with the rich landscape of their inner psyches. Imaginal Journeying is, for the journey participants, the opening of the door to non-ordinary states of consciousness which may subsequently make journeyers more amenable to doing future regression therapy work and/or recommending it to others. Imaginal Journeying may also be beneficial to those who are near the end of their physical lives (e.g. hospice residents) by familiarizing them with states of consciousness that prepare them to function separately from their physical bodies. Prerequisite: Participants should be familiar with working in altered states of consciousness, hypnosis and/or trancework as used in regression therapy. Learning Goals:
Experiential Goals: You will experience several Imaginal Journeywork applications such as:
Releasement Therapy helps to regain our own space and to win back qualities we have lost along the way. An important aspect of this work is releasing attached entities and learning how to resolve energetic residues from past experiences. This may be a former wife or husband, parents not long seen, or a complete stranger who is haunting our unconscious. The therapy involves releasing these entities and also healing the original feelings which caused access for these spirits or thought forms. Prerequisite: Participants must have 3 years experience as a hypnotherapist to take this class
Emotional Abuse is so common we have accepted it as part of life. A random telephone survey revealed 70% of children are physically abused at least once a week. Studies reveal 62% of women and 31% of men were sexually abused by age eighteen. These tolerated facts, however, do not mean there is no damage done. Proper identification and effective treatment for all ramifications of abuse trauma are essential to establishing and/or restoring physical and emotional health for the survivor. Abuse trauma is a complex issue that needs to be addressed on all levels -- physical, spiritual, emotional, social and cognitive. This workshop will give a comprehensive look at the treatment process. The instructor will teach several modalities in order to enhance the clinical improvement for clients. What you will learn:
Who Will Benefit: Hypnotherapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Crisis Intervention Counselors, Guidance Counselors, Pastoral Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Victim intervention and Court Advocates, Rape Crisis Counselors, Emergency Room Physicians and Nurses, Licensed Professional Counselors, Nurses and Sex Educators. |
