Past Life Regression: Post-Session Survey

IARRT is conducting a large study to statistically measure the effectiveness and benefits of past life regression therapy from the perspective of the clients who experience it. This brief questionnaire survey is designed for any therapist who uses past life regression as part of their therapy practice.

Simply download the survey and either: print it out and mail it, or else email it (as an attachment) to your clients with whom you've used PLR. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes for your client to complete, and it instructs the participant to send it directly to the IARRT Research Committee. All responses remain anonymous and confidential.
