Biography
Iam a graduate of the Colorado Coaching and Hypnotherapy Training Institute (formerly the Colorado School of Counseling Hypnotherapy). I am certified as a Counseling Hypnotherapist with specialty certifications in Regression Therapy and Cellular Release Therapy™.
I am a member of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists, The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, The International Association of Research and Regression Therapies and the Association of Transpersonal Psychology and Hypnotherapy.
I have 20 years of extensive volunteer experience within the 12 step recovery programs as an active sponsor and service leader. I have been a service representative in several different capacities amongst the 12 step recovery programs through this duration as well and have a strong belief in having a foundation of service in the community and world as a whole, which is what lead me to this work. Prior to my transition into working full time as a Counseling Hypnotherapist, I spent 15 years as a professional in the recruiting industry assisting many individuals with career direction and placement.
Much of the work that I do is intended to facilitate healing at a deep soul level, which is resourced through the subconscious. I use the client's inner resources, as well as my own, and feel that divine guidance is a significant aspect in much of this work. During a hypnotherapy session, the ability to "connect" to your Higher resources at a very deep level is very common and the experience is unforgettable and profound. I am honored to be an instrument in such a capacity with the knowledge that I have gained through my own experience as well as my ever continuing education in the realm of spirituality and the field of transpersonal hypnotherapy.
