Arlene Shovald began using self-hypnosis as a seven-year-old because she was afraid of the dentist. Later she used it for childbirth and sinus surgery before receiving formal training through Westbrook University, the late Andre Weitzenhoffer, The International Association of Past Life Therapists and IARRT.
She is a Level 1 professional member of IARRT with a Ph.D. and Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Westbrook University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Regis University and Associates
Degrees in Arts and in Criminal Justice from Colorado Mountain College.
Arlene is the owner of Fresh Start Therapies, LLC, a private practice in past life regression therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, Reiki and iridology. She can be reached by email at arlene@chaffeeco.net.
