Founded in 1903, WestConn has an arts and sciences curriculum, a business school, several professional programs, elementary and secondary education, nursing, music performance, and social work, as well as curriculum in holistic health care. It is also home to The Jane Goodall Center for Excellence in Environmental Studies. Danbury--elevation 456 ft--is a great place to live, work and play. Danbury as the 7th largest city in Connecticut is in the unique position of managing a surplus and maintaining a high level of services.
